Client Accounts

Please allow 2 working days for an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to reach your account.
The prize-money is available to withdraw on the 17th day following the race.
You can top up your account using a credit or debit card through RÁS or by calling the Client Accounts department. You can also send a cheque in the post. Cheques should be made payable to HRI.
Statements are issued every two months assuming you have had activity in those months.
The charges are applied to the account the night after the race takes place.
Racing from Friday, Saturday & Sundays will hit the client account on Monday night.
No charges will appear if your horse has been declared and is balloted out.
Should for some reason an account go overdrawn then you will, where possible, be notified by telephone that this has just happened.  In the event that we cannot contact you by phone or at month end then a letter will be sent.
